The head of flower arrangement at Sogetsu school, Mrs. Akane Teshigahara, held a seminar for the first time in Los Angeles.
Sueko did the kimono dressing, hair, and a makeup for a welcome dinner party and live performance.
She gave a speech at the welcome dinner.
Surprisingly, there were lots of non Japanese members who came to this seminar from the all over the world.
It was a great performance of flower arrangement live on the stage. The quick change of clothes from the Kimono was fun too.
I was able to see many beautiful flower arrangements and have a new appreciation for the art of flower arrangement.
